Flexible User Permissions

Maintain control with flexible permission levels. Users can be created with either full access to all experiences and data, or with limited access to a single campaign or on-site workflow. Additional features include available data anonymization and the use of minimum age gates when required for activities that may involve age restricted items such as: participation as a driver or passenger in a vehicle, spirits, tobacco, or cannabis.

User permissions can be managed within the platform for sole report access, and progress to full access to all platform functionality. Geofencing can also be set within the Iconex platform to allow for access to an event that may have a premium prize giveaway or sweepstakes associated with it to avoid participation by persons not attending the event

Brown-Forman needed a compliant data capture platform that streamlined their event management and supported multiple languages and global event set-up while maintaining unique branding for their family of brands.


The Iconex team worked closely with Brown-Forman’s IMC and regional activation teams to simplify event management and create a global event set-up that could be productized. They added multi-language support to the platform, enabling a successful service launch in South America and Europe. Iconex also enhanced the platform with features such as eCommerce, distillery tours, on-premise sampling, and location-based contesting, while optimizing platform pricing and account management over the 7-year partnership. Iconex actively participated in annual roadmap updates and planning, resulting in a successful long-term partnership.

NGK Sparkplugs

NGK wanted to create a memorable experience for their customers attending their racing events. They needed a solution that would seamlessly register attendees, engage them in a fun activity, and expand brand reach through social sharing.


To address these challenges, NGK leveraged our event platform to create a seamless registration process. Attendees could easily register either through a kiosk or via the geo-validated mobile website. Once registered, attendees could engage in a custom drag race game, allowing them to compete against each other and see their names and times on a digital leaderboard. To further expand brand reach, NGK also utilized our branded photo experience, which allowed attendees to take branded photos and share them on social media, becoming brand advocates.

Monster Interactive Kiosk


Monster needed an interactive kiosk that would engage customers and drive sales, while also capturing data for marketing purposes.


The Iconex team collaborated with Monster to develop an interactive kiosk that featured videos that played when customers picked up a product or pushed a button. The kiosk also enabled data capture and streamlined the transaction process, allowing customers to make purchases for immediate pickup or shipment. Additionally, Iconex integrated the kiosk with Monster’s eCommerce platform and enabled financing options through a subscription model. The result was an engaging, user-friendly kiosk that effectively drove sales and supported Monster’s marketing efforts.
